Hey!
You forgot to add the GK’s shortlist!
Where is Fernando Torres??
avereage list…
Subotic (cb) ?
Vukcevic (AML) ?
Sergio Romero (GK)?
Ronaldo & Messi? all missing to name but a few PLUS:
Chivu plays for INTER MILAN not Juventus
Mirel Radoi plays for AL-HILAL not Steaua
Palombo
Fabregas
Cech
John Terry
Ashley Cole…
poor list overall
I tried to avoid as many obvious suggestions as I could. I mean every football fan in the world knows how good Messi and Ronaldo are on the game surely?
Of course, there are some known suggestions in there, but not everyone knows if somebody like Higuain is as good on FM as he is in real life etc.
With so many it’s tough to remember players such as Subotic and Sergio Romero, but to compensate we had asked for any suggestions at the end of every post in relation to this final list. If you had told us we missed these players out we would have added them, that would have been far more constructive than an attempt to attack this post. But thanks for the feedback all the same.
I’m sorry if my post seemed like an attack because it wasn’t. I think you did a great job compiling this list. I think the reason we throw so many established names in is because you titled the shortlists “Ultimate list Best Players”. You should have been more clear that the obvious names was omitted. Just my opinion. And again great job guys!
cant find lung jr. anymore any more
Hi Rene, sorry to be misunderstood I was referring more to the, ‘avereage post’ and ‘poor list overall’ comments. Thanks again.
Rory is there any chance you put a shortlist that’s downloadable for the keeper
BTW Good Job
I will create the Goalkeeper shortlist now and add it to the post.
Thanks
404 forbidden it says
U is ace man.
Glad to see you have there Hugo Almeida, he is not a complete forward but a beast if you put him on the right role.
And the DC/DMC Fazio plays for Sevilha not Atl. Madrid.
Good list, must have been hard work to compile all this players.
Good list..but you should also list the brazilian striker named Kleber to your Ultimate List..I buy him in every game I start and he scores 25-40 goals a season
Could you re-upload the defenders SLF file again, thanks. Great list btw.
This is a poor list tbh, Carlos Vela doesn’t turn out great, Botehlo is decent at best same for Armand Traore, and that’s just the Arsenal players…
Yes indeed, to my advice Carlos Vela is a rip-off as well as Chavez and in a way, if not trained or observed properly, Neymar, Nasri nad Pektovic
great list lads, dont take notice of the negative comments, but i would advise you to shorten the list somewhat
add Landon Donovan (and he is free at starts)
since i got him, i cant loose
Toni Kroos
Karim Aint Fana
Jonas
Juan Arango
Ryan Shawcross
Christian Ansaldi
By the way give the lad a break. He has put together a list of players for our benefit. So what if some turn out crap or some are missing on the list overall mate you have done a good job. This is a good list keep up the good work.
arshavin, valdes, xavi, iniesta, messi, ronaldo, maicon, lahm missing. i have an amazing real one where ive won all the trophies poss 4 3 year in a row by signing lahm, maicon, thiago silva, montolivo, sanchez and ayew. i reccomend all these players plus chris gadi who is free on the second season. vidal, kacar, tasci and santana are good too. btw buy opare he is really good
Mirel Radoi is at Al Hilal, not at Steaua for at least 1 year
joe hart isn’t in the game
mouassa dembelle from AZ is really good as attacking mid & stricker and lichstiner from lazio
Arda Turan will be a very good sign for every attacking team..
well done on the list mate, lot of good names! i would say add arturo Vidal from Bayer Leverkusen is the ultimate squad player can play many positions and scores a good amount of goals if you play him box to box!
felipe dias is awesome. Bought him for 5.5 mil, 3 threes later he’s worth 35 mil. Better than ribery, snjieder, ozil and most others!
sorry three years later.
Raul Meireles is a very good player as is Ramires. Dzeko is the man up front. Guaranteed 30 goals a season!!
Anyone know if Marco Verratti is as good in 2010 as in previous game?? He was awesome in my Celtic team.
Sergio Aguero, Messi, Ronaldo, Pato, Torres, Ashley Cole, Fabregas etc…. Best players in the game!!!
2 craig scott – verratti is amazing!
Great list guys
I have a game with aston villa, here are a few of my best players anyone who sees this should consider buying:
pato
aguero
MOUSSA SISSOKO *definite purchase*
Akinfeev *free after 2/3 seasons*
Thiago SIlva
Subotic
Di Maria
all affordable should you have a half decent budget with a premier league team.
Kaka, Torres, Ronaldo, Robinho, Rooney, MESSI IS A LEGEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Improve this crap list guys
Sorry did you make a list that is better than this one? unless you cheat heavily it is virtually impossible to have all those players in one team (cost etc) and none of them are defenders…..
untill you come up with something better i would shut the fuck up
Hi guys Charlie is in da house……… bye FOOTY MANAGER IS ACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Me bored byez lolz
Honestly best attacker is YAYA SANOGO wen hes 20 wil score 40 goals hes skilful decent pace good in the air and a very powerful finisher!!! trust
Zaraté – Can play up top, AMR, AMC, AML. Bags of assists and goals. Cost me £31m, worth it though… No one will buy Crouch or Keane off me lol. I’ve won the PL twice, FA Cup, CC and made the semi’s of the CL (aka Champions cup), but Modric still wants to acheive more at a bigger club lol!!! I can’t get him to stay, losses moral, scores, happy again, then hands in another tranfser request. Been going on for 3 seasons now
DID U KNOW FEDERICO LAURITO’S ????
in FM 09 he’s vey ood signing …!!!
Alex texeira,Marquinhos,Sirgy Krsytov,steven defour,romelu lukaku,….
they would be a good signing ….

Great List, Yes There Are Some That Dont Turn Out Great But Nobody’s Perfect, btw i’m guessing the reason you havent put down people like fabregas etc, is because everyone knows them, so it would just make the list longer, well done(:
I wish people would learn how to use all aspects of the FM games….. They come with an editor!!! In these editors you can find out exactly who’s who!!!
Good work on the list pal!
Run the editor in windowed and check against the list… FM 10. The -10 players I’ve found thus far are Salvio Ath madrid. Kroos Bayern. Otamendi……. Ramsey……(wilsheres -9 btw)
Gr8 list guys! what about mezut ozil??
man the best player is Dzeko ,and Tim krul really good goalkeeper from Newcastle.
C.ronaldo
KaKa
Torres
