I have done some research on Football Manager 2010 and compiled a list of the best wonderkids and future stars in the game. Finding that youngster that turns out to be amazing is one of the best aspects of the game, and in my opinion makes you a very proud manager. I have done some research on the game, as well as being involved in discussions on various forums that has helped me to put together this list for my readers.
I have grouped the players in positions and will highlight my personal favourites for you to see. Every time I come across new wonderkids and get suggestions from your comments, I will add them to the list so make sure you follow!

If you start a new game or if you’re in between 2009-2012 (after that they either retire or get in their 30′s or so): Verratti, Balotelli, Giovinco, Forestieri, Chiellini, Buffon, Del Piero, Macheda, Antonio Viola, Marchisio, Cannavaro, Cassano, Silvio Raggio Garibaldi….hope it was useful
Some great suggestions there, Marco Verratti is my favourite Italian youngster on the game, and Giovinco is awesome from my spell at Juventus!

Andrea Seculin is a nice young keeper you can pick up for around 300k form Fiorentina, and also there is Lorenzo Crisetig from Inter. He will cost you a bit more but is a very talented DM and only 16 years old.
I will be doing more posts soon which will focus on certain countries players, and Italy will definatley be one of the first so look out for it.

Check out Silviu Jr a young Romanian GK you can get him for 300k and he is awesome.
Fèllça is gaurenteed to score 1.89 goals a game i have started 5 games playing for 5 different teams and this player is immence he is 17 and only costs 10k from Hamburg Reserves but he’s stats by the time he turns 19 are incredible, hes value goes up to £13.5M at 19 and hes is very loyal desipite what team you are. Hes wages are £500 a week and is very happy with the conditions and when people make offers or enquiries he rejects them instantly saying he loves the club and the future for it. Another star is Gokiellieivoc £2M but is worth £21M after 2 years
you should look at a player called mahatma otoo
he plays for ……… damn I can’t remember, but if you just look up otoo in the search bar he should come up
it takes two-three seasons for him to get a work permit and the scouts at the beginning always say he’s rubbish, but they are wrong.
if you wanna compare how good his stats become in the future, then it would be Hulk from porto
you won’t regret it, 300k at most
I’ve remembered now, he plays for Hearts of Oak and he so worth getting its not even funny

I am managing juventus season 2020….but soon almost all of my players will have 33+ years or in the process of retiring…they can probably still kick butt but I can tell there is a quality dropdown although still being amazing… so Basically I have to start searching for fresh young and middle-aged players to get my groove back.

Bogdan Stancu(CF) he’s playing for steaua…i’m npw with benfica i second season i he’s really good…he scored 29 goals in 44 apps…for my that’s pretty good for 22 year old player…later after 3-4 season he’ll be wanted by many big clubs…try with him…
Marc Muniesa (DC) From Barcelona very cheap, got him for £100k really promising helped me get Peterbrough into the Premier League, also Jesper Andersen (DRC) who youll find if you scout sweden. Michael Potts (AMC ) from Spurs aint bad, Sasa Sculac from Czech Republic (DRL) also v promising

i’m in 2015/16 with city and need help finding youngsters. at the moment my team is GK Akinfeev 29, DL Diego Renan 25, DR Gustavo 23, DC Fazio 28, DC Pique 28, AMR Messi 28, AML Gagatov 24, AMC Aguero 27, ST Destro 24, ST Rooney 30 but as you see in the next 4 years messi, fazio, pique and rooney are going to be old like my bench which consists of lahm vidic and tevez which are over 32 already. i like 2 by young players and bring them through from age 18 or so. my scouting knowledge is immense worldwide but my scouts keep coming back with older plyers to sign that are over 30. i have one other striker i have not mentioned in michael davidson a 21yr old australian who is brilliant but alwys injured. help me please someone
I am in 2018 with Fiorentina, signed Marco Verratti when he was 16 for £600k, he’s now worth £27.5m.
Igor Akinfeev, signed for £4.3m, he’s now worth £18.5m.
Daniel Pacheco, with the right training and if you dont over play him, but not leave him out, turns out superbly. Same with Nabil El Zhar. Taison is superb and scores quite often for me. Lauri Dalla Valle scores plenty for me if you keep him fit, he has had alot of injuries for me, dont know if anybody else has this problem.

Lukaku from Anderlecht was a beast when I bought him at 16 for Man Utd – cost 12million or so, but by Christ he was worth it – used him sparingly first season, but by second season, he was keeping Rooney out of the team. 30 goals a season minimum.
I had him, Verratti, J Shelvey, Jadson, Schneiderlin, Johnny Evans all in the same team, until they were all in their thirties, and they were the bedrock of so much success with that side – I actually felt a little upset when they all started to retire!
i think u should put Romelu Lukaku and Gael Kakuta in they both look amazing

Man signing decent regens for the premiership in 2022 is a real joke!
I think i ve signed 12 wonderkid regens – just through extensive scouting and luck – in the last 4-5 years and i ve had to get rid of 8 of them. I just task managered (ctrl-alt-del) the game as 3 of my recent signings have complained all at once about not featuring in plans, settling and status changes, all have been irreconcilably ridiculous in the interaction screen, resulting in all of them putting in a transfer request. (from a winning arsenal side!)
Has anyone got any tips of how i hold onto wonderkids even though they re still in their late teens and have no discipline, respect or seem to have any common programmed response patterns.
I know its my fault but come ooon, my new board wont give me over 10mil a season and i am doin an awesome job at global recruiting them to throw wobblies. patient approach or tough approach, not seeing any patterns, any ideas?
nobody has mentioned danny wellbeck and macheda,for me adler is the best goalkeeper he is currently 28 and worth 26 million and a didnt sign him for a while. darren fletcher is fantastic, stick with him
