Man signing decent regens for the premiership in 2022 is a real joke!

I think i ve signed 12 wonderkid regens – just through extensive scouting and luck – in the last 4-5 years and i ve had to get rid of 8 of them. I just task managered (ctrl-alt-del) the game as 3 of my recent signings have complained all at once about not featuring in plans, settling and status changes, all have been irreconcilably ridiculous in the interaction screen, resulting in all of them putting in a transfer request. (from a winning arsenal side!)

Has anyone got any tips of how i hold onto wonderkids even though they re still in their late teens and have no discipline, respect or seem to have any common programmed response patterns.

I know its my fault but come ooon, my new board wont give me over 10mil a season and i am doin an awesome job at global recruiting them to throw wobblies. patient approach or tough approach, not seeing any patterns, any ideas?
