After doing a bit of research and visiting many FM Discussion forums, I have put together a list of some of the hottest youngsters in Football Manager 2011. This list has taken me a couple of hours to make. Finding that youngster that turns out to be amazing is one of the best aspects of the game, and in my opinion makes you a very proud manager. The players are grouped in positions and I have highlighted my personal favourites in the list.

Of course, this is just my opinion on some of the hottest youngsters in the game, feel free to add your own suggestions in the comments section below, and they will be added to the list. The bigger the better!

So how exactly can you do this research based on half a season of the demo? Which won’t even be the finished data anyway.
To me this is just a list of randoms how are pretty well known in world football.
Like I sad in the post, these are just some of the youngsters I have came across in the 6 months in two different saves who look like they have potential.
I also said the list will change a lot when the full game comes out after some serious time seeing how the players develop

thorgan hazard, this is eden hazards brother, he is abit like eden but his stats arnt just as good but he is 2 years younger so has time to develop, watch out for him

Jooost there is no way that only 2 players will have PA -10. In every FM at least 8 players has PA -10.
I have a question. I am a FM newbie and have only played demos thus far. I am an American, so I am interested in playing as an MLS team. In the 2011 demo, the MLS teams are listed, but 90% of their players are fictitious. I know that in the full game you can play as an MLS team, but will the teams have the actual players’ info, or will it be this fake crap? I have hope because the Bundesliga teams’ players are mostly made up on the demo also.

The full game will have all the real players for all “selectable” leagues and that includes the MLS.
Which players actually appear depends on the database size and the leagues you choose to include when you start a new game. It’s a memory/resources thing.
The demo only works with quick-starts, so you get pretty much everything for the “quick-started” country and only the best known players from other leagues.
Oh, and OL always have excellent youngsters and their striker, Ishak Belfodil, could well be their -10 for this seson.

well..the list is ok but you`re missing a lot of players…hazard, lukaku or lacina traore to name a few…
Not necessarily dead certs but off the top of my head a few that’ll likely be at least good players after a few seasons in the top leagues that’d likely be available at a reasonable price:
Ki
Forrest
Rogne
Feruz (if he’s even in it and if not he’ll be -10 (or -9 at the very least) on 2012; Celtic. Expect PA boosts from 2010).
Fyvie (Aberdeen, similarly).
Templeton
Thompson (both Hearts; similarly)
Goodwillie (Dundee United, similarly).
Weiss (Man City/Rangers).
Gibbs (Arsenal).
Van Wolfswinkel (Utrecht, high likelihood of PA boost).
A significant number of players aged around 22 from the Mexican national team and (most importantly) not playing in the EPL.
So where do you find a player’s PA in Football Manager? I don’t see it listed in player attributes or player reports.
CA and PA is hidden and can be found in the editor or using tools such as genie scout (not around yet though, will probably be out by december)

Im a football manager newbie and have ben reading through all these comments and have seen alot of -10 but kinda stuck as to what this actually means? can anyone explain?
Every player in Football Manager has a PA (Potential Ability), and this is out of 200. The PA is the ability they could reach, but it depends on a number of factors such as development, playing games, tutoring etc.
-10 PA means they will have a random PA between180-200 every time you start a game on Football Manager. Hope this clears it up if you have any other questions let me know
how do you fin out a players PA?
LABYAD – he plays for PSV 16 or 17yo at start – Scout him and your scout will say He will be a quality signing at that age, and i got him for 2.7m

Alberto Paloschi. I bought him for Arsenal before looking at this list. He’s a god natural talent. Set his training to ‘Attacking’ and he scores 20+ goals per season.

Hey guys, good suggestions, but it would be more appropriate to see their values and how much you got them for. By instance I can tell you that Paloermo has 2 great wonderboys: Pastore and Abel Hernández but they are already expensive and you can’t get them for less than 50M, however they become superstars!
So please give us also prices needed to bring them home.

I have only just started my league and bought him for the above price, however, a friend of mine is some way through his season and Lodeiro is first team at Man City and has 8 goals and 14 assists in 10 games!

What about CONOR WICKHAM
Although 18, Vaclav Kadlec is an incredibly talented footballer with a long future ahead of him. A definate one to buy at the start of the game. Even with the best football teams (Chelsea, Manchester Utd.) he has the potential to become 4/4.5 stars. Teams such as Fulham, Wigan and West Ham; he comes up as a 5 star potential player. Vaclav Kadlec – Buy him at the START of the game, before other clubs snatch him up. If youre in for a long fight, he can be bought for around 1.5 million. However if you just want to get it over and done with, you can buy him for 2 million. This may backfire though, and clubs will put in the same bid as you. The only way to win Kadlec is by putting in a better offer than other clubs, or they WILL win him. Also, a fairly good contract offer will be in need. Around 12,000 to 15,000 will be neccesary. Good luck everybody! Vaclav Kadlec; a great buy.

Hello i started with Man city just because they had a lot of money and great way to start off,I won Everything i enterd and Brought great players such as Iniestia,Neymar,Shawcross,Gary Cahill and Torres,Second season my aim was to win the Champions legaue but i wanted a new challange so i resigned and got offerd the Greece under 21 job wich i accepted but got the sack because of new mangment,I theb applied for the OFI Crete job and got it played 4 won 3 drew 1 but i felt i didn’t know enough about Greek football,I took over at wigan after the manger was sacked 2 games to go for failing to clinch automatic promtion to the Premiure league i then clinched a play off place and Drew with Newcastle 1-1 then beating them at sjp 6-1,I went on to beat Coventry 2-1 in the final to secure promtion,I have brought in expirenced players Such as derbyshire,Marratzi(Not sure about the spelling he plays for inter and brought in some of my old players from city,Needf a cheap but quality left back who would sign along with a commanding cm and a unreal winger any suggestions?

Not sure whether these are always good but in 2018 they’re all in my Barnet team that reached the CL semi-final last season and they’re all on 4 stars or about to be. That’s about as good as it gets, it’s very very rare for any of my scouts to rate a player above 4 stars, in fact i don’t remember it ever happenning.

Hi Y’all, i’ve got a problem. Am currently playing FM 11 and as I got into my 2016-2017 season, my training schedules just disappeared! I mean I cant see my created schedules and even the default ones. All my coaches and some of my players cant can even be seen on the training screen but they are still at the club. Everytime I try to access a player training by clicking on the tab in his profile, this error notification pops up and d game crashes. What is d FUCKING problem? I cant and i wont start a new game…
