After doing a bit of research and visiting many FM Discussion forums, I have put together a list of some of the hottest youngsters in Football Manager 2011. This list has taken me a couple of hours to make. Finding that youngster that turns out to be amazing is one of the best aspects of the game, and in my opinion makes you a very proud manager. The players are grouped in positions and I have highlighted my personal favourites in the list.

To install the shortlist, place the .slf file in my documents > sports interactive > fm2011 > shortlists, then load up FM11 and navigate to your manager shortlist and import the .slf file.
Of course, this is just my opinion on some of the hottest youngsters in the game, feel free to add your own suggestions in the comments section below, and they will be added to the list. The bigger the better!
